Before you get started
Can this read a photo or scan?
No. A scanned page requires OCR. A PDF that already contains an OCR text layer can be extracted, but the quality depends on that existing text.
Are my documents uploaded?
No. Selected file contents are processed in your browser. Normal page requests still reach the hosting provider. Use a trusted device and keep your originals.
