Choose the correct signature type
A picture of a handwritten mark is different from a certificate-based digital signature. Some recipients or transactions require a particular verification method. Check their requirements first.
Draw or type, then position
Select your PDF, draw a mark or type your name, then drag it onto the page preview. Adjust its width and select the pages that should receive it.
Check before sending
Preview the generated PDF. Make sure the signature is on the intended page and does not cover text. Existing digital signatures can become invalid when the document is edited.
Keep your original
The app creates a separate output. Keep the unsigned original and use a trusted device when handling sensitive documents.
