Start with the files you want to combine
Open Merge PDF, choose your files and arrange them in the right order. Process the document and inspect the combined result. Keep original copies.
Continue with the result
Under your result, choose Compress PDF. The generated PDF is already selected in the next tool. There is no document upload, filename in the page URL or account required.
Choose compression carefully
Standard compression preserves page text and artwork. Stronger image compression can help scanned documents, but removes searchable text, links, forms and annotations. The app shows the actual before and after sizes and keeps the original if it would be larger.
Sign and download
Continue to Sign PDF. Draw or type a mark, position it on the preview and choose the destination pages. A visible mark does not verify identity or provide a qualified digital signature. Download and inspect the final PDF.
Know what is retained
The handoff stays in this open tab’s memory. Refreshing or returning through browser history starts an empty workspace. Clear files to start a new document. Results over the next tool’s 100 MB limit cannot be carried forward.
