How to compress a JPG to 15 KB
Some forms ask for a signature or thumb impression under 15 KB. That fits easily for a signature; a photo usually needs the form’s pixel size to stay clear.
Resizing a photo to 15 KB, reducing image size to 15 KB and a photo KB reducer all mean the same: a JPG file of 15 KB or less.
- Choose a JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 300 MB. The 15 KB limit is already selected.
- Keep the size, or enter the pixels or centimetres your form asks for.
- For a signature or document, tick Black and white for sharper lines.
- Press Compress image, check that it says “Under 15 KB” and the preview looks clear, then download.
WaterPDF finds the highest JPG quality that fits. If you keep the original size and that is not enough, the picture is made smaller in pixels. Your original image is never changed.

| Picture | Under 15 KB |
